2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Production time:
Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–3 business days.

Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: approximately 7–12 business days

Express Shipping: approximately 3–5 business days

Please note that remote areas or island regions may require additional delivery time.

 

3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. We offer worldwide return and exchange services.

If there is a quality issue, we will resend your item at no additional cost.

If you selected the wrong size, we will send a replacement in the correct size free of charge.
