At GolfGentry, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to ensure every purchase is a positive experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make things right.

**Return Policy**

Special Notice: Our economy shipping is entrusted to the local USPS carrier. Once the package arrives locally, USPS handles the final delivery. Recently, we have noticed that some customers' packages have been left in mailboxes, at doorsteps, in gardens, or other places, marked as delivered, but the customers have not received them. This may be due to theft or other reasons. In such cases, USPS usually provides proof of delivery, and we are unable to process claims.

To address this issue, we recommend that customers with larger orders use DHL express service. DHL provides in-person delivery, which is faster and safer. If you choose economy shipping and the issue cannot be resolved after verification, we offer a half-price reshipment service. You can repurchase the item at a 50% discount.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items**: If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at info@golfgentry.com, and we will arrange for a free replacement or refund. To expedite the process, we may ask for photo evidence of the issue.

**Return Policy for Size Issues**

Before purchasing, buyers must carefully check our size chart and compare the exact measurements. Different stores may have varying clothing fits—an XL in one store may have different chest and length measurements than another.

Situation 1: Seller’s Responsibility

If the actual measurements of the received item differ from our size chart by more than 2 inches, it is considered our responsibility. Buyers must provide photos of the measurements in their return request email. Once confirmed, we will either resend the item or arrange a refund, and the buyer does not need to return the product.

To speed up the refund process, please prepare the required photos in advance.

Situation 2: Buyer’s Responsibility

If the size issue is due to the buyer selecting the wrong size or finding the item does not fit, we offer a 50% discount for repurchasing the correct size. You can contact our customer service for a discount code—no return is required.

Since we are a B2B online wholesale platform, we strongly recommend that buyers order samples before bulk purchases or consult our customer service for product details to minimize post-sale issues.

Production Time: Our typical production time is 2-3 days after order confirmation. During this period, we carefully prepare, inspect, and pack your order for shipment. Please note that orders cannot be canceled 24 hours after payment. Refunds are not available if the shipping time has not exceeded a maximum of 1 week, including the time in transit.

**Shipping Time**: Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, the estimated delivery time is 7-15 days. We appreciate your patience as we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, due to uncertainties with shipping companies and factors such as weather and other force majeure, delays of up to 1 week will not be considered grounds for a refund, but we will provide partial refunds and compensation.

**Return and Refund Processing**: We will process your return and refund request within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued to your bank account via the original payment method within 48 hours of approval. Items should be returned in their original packaging with tags, in the same condition as when received. Returns will be processed within 3 days of receipt.

**Customized Items**: Customized items are made to order and are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
