    GolfGentry Return & Refund Policy

    At GolfGentry, we value every customer’s shopping experience and stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make things right.


    Return Eligibility

    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags.

    • Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.


    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact info@golfgentry.com within 7 days of delivery.

    • We may request photo evidence to speed up resolution.

    • Once confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.


    Size & Fit Issues

    We encourage customers to carefully check our size chart before purchasing, as sizing can vary across brands.

    • If the item’s measurements differ from our size chart by more than 2 inches, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

    • If the wrong size was chosen by the customer, we offer two options:

      1. Return the item for a refund (return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility).

      2. Repurchase the correct size with a 50% discount (no return required).


    Shipping & Delivery Issues

    Our economy shipping uses USPS for final delivery. In rare cases where a package is marked as "delivered" but not received, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS.

    If the issue cannot be resolved:

    • If shipping insurance was purchased, we will offer a free reshipment or a full refund.

    • If no insurance was purchased, customers can choose to repurchase the item at a 50% discount.

    For faster and safer delivery, we recommend DHL Express, which requires in-person delivery.


    Production & Shipping Time

    • Production time: 3-4 business days after order confirmation.

    • Shipping time: 7-15 days, depending on destination and carrier.

    • Delays caused by customs, weather, or other force majeure events (up to 1 additional week) are not considered valid reasons for refunds, but partial compensation may be offered.


    Return Process & Refunds

    1. Email info@golfgentry.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We will provide return authorization and instructions.

    3. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after the returned item is received and inspected.

    4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
