    GolfGentry Return & Refund Policy

    At GolfGentry, we value every customer’s shopping experience and stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make things right.


    Return Eligibility

    • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

    • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.


    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@golfgentry.com within 7 days of delivery.

    • Photo evidence may be required to speed up the resolution process.

    • Once confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.


    Size & Fit Issues

    We strongly encourage customers to carefully review our size chart before placing an order, as sizing standards may vary between brands.

    • If the received item’s actual measurements differ from our size chart by more than 2 inches, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

    • If the wrong size was selected by the customer:

      • Customers may return the item to our warehouse (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).

      • Upon receiving the returned item, customers may choose one of the following options:

        • Free replacement with the correct size

        • Full refund (original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable)

    ⚠️ Please note: All return shipping costs for size-related issues chosen by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.


    Shipping & Delivery Issues

    • Our economy shipping method uses USPS for final delivery.

    • In rare cases where a package is marked as “delivered” but not received, we will assist in filing a claim with USPS.

    If the issue cannot be resolved:

    • If shipping insurance was purchased, we will offer a free reshipment or a full refund.

    • If no insurance was purchased, customers may choose to repurchase the item at a 50% discount.

    For faster and more secure delivery, we recommend DHL Express, which requires in-person signature delivery.


    Production & Shipping Time

    • Production time: 3–4 business days after order confirmation

    • Shipping time: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and carrier

    Delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or other force majeure events (up to 1 additional week) are not considered valid reasons for refunds. However, partial compensation may be offered at our discretion.


    Return Process & Refunds

    1. Email info@golfgentry.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We will provide return authorization and instructions.

    3. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after the returned item is received and inspected.

    4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
